    Absolutely love this product! It is so sturdy and makes my back feel like a cloud. My whole family has back problems and it is usually muscle spasms where our muscles twitch and turn into a knot on our back but with this I don’t have to put stress on my back when I’m doing things like homework at a desk or I even wear it to work. The only thing is it is a bit scratchy but I just wear it on top of my shirt and it is perfect!

    I will say this is well made, easy to put on and adjust, and in a perfect scenario exactly what I needed. It's also built to avoid armpit strain, win. however not how it played out. I am male 5'8" 160lbs short torso thin/fit. Based on my size I ordered medium from their chart. The back brace not only barely fit around my waist adjustment wise and made me seem like I was a giant, but also was so short the upper cervical part was mid back and it didn't reach my lower back. It's like it was made for a child and I'm a fun sized adult. I thought about returning and getting a size up but I cannot imagine 1 size would even begin to fit. Then if I have to return again and go 2 sizes up is it going to be too big to fit me properly around to support. Seemed like an awful lot of trial and error coming for no assurance in sizing.

    I chose this over similar products because the reviews were so strong. I particularly noticed -- but at first found it hard to believe -- the claims that this back brace/posture corrector brings relief from the very first moment it's worn.

    Well, those claims turned out to be absolutely true. I put it on and ... wow.

    Then I figured that the relief would last only as long as I was actively wearing the device and that an hour later I'd be in pain again.

    I was wrong. If I wear it three or four hours, I'm good the rest of the day. If I wear it all day for several days, I can have a good day or two without it. (I've had it only about a week, so I'm not sure yet what long-term difference I might experience.)

    I'm really astonished how good this simple, inexpensive little device is. Five stars, for sure.

    NOTE: If you're on the boundary between sizes and you have any doubt about which one you should order, I recommend going smaller than you think. I'm a tallish (5'9"), thin (130 lbs) woman. I bought the medium and its very generously sized. Since it has multiple adjustments, it works fine, but if I had it to do again, I'd purchase the small.
