Great supplement
I read that NAC is a precursor to our body’s natural antioxidant, glutathione, so I purchased it mainly for that. It’s also good for brain health, which now that I think of it, it probably has been a factor in me being able to think a bit more clearer within these past 3 months or so. Also, coincidentally… I have not gotten sick since I started taking it 6 months ago. I’ve been told the same thing by a friend I recommended it to, to help ease his breathing. So I think this supplement should definitely be a staple in many people’s diet.

    I got this because a health book recommended to get NAC to encourage glutathione production in the liver (rather than taking a glutathione supplement itself). Glutathione is an antioxidant.
    So, the dose is take 2 on empty stomach~~ pills are smelly like sulfur! But that's fine.
    It makes my stomach hurt a little bit after taking it but goes away then I feel good. So, sometimes I take just one and that's a little easier on my stomach.
