    First, let's cover the "issue" people have with the locks. They MUST be unscrewed, it's not a standard lock that you are used to. Put the key in, and keep turning it counter clockwise until it can be removed.
    With that said, they are all metal casing, post, and a cast iron base. The internal mechanism is plastic but seems to be easily serviced. If I have any issues, I'll update the review.

I think this is a great little addition to our game room, in our Airbnb!
