    I play golf nearly every day and staying hydrated is almost as important for good play as keeping your eyes on the ball. I was introduced to Liquid IV during the LPGA Amateur Championship a couple years ago, and I have tried every other similar product over that time, but I keep coming back to Liquid IV. It is the best tasting option. You can get other products that are slightly less expensive per package or have like, 10 fewer calories, but they don’t bring the flavor like Liquid IV does, so they aren’t really less if you have to use 2 to get the same taste. Gatorade and Powerade have twice as many calories for the same volume of water and electrolytes, and they don’t actually taste better either.
    For me, Liquid IV is the unbeaten champion of the hydration drink game.

    Amazing. Flavour obviously doesn’t taste like a soda pop or something but it’s made with real cane sugar and taste pretty good. Seeing these other reviews complaining about taste makes me laugh because I am a very picky eater but this taste good no problem. I use one package after I have sweat a lot or don’t have enough hydration (after saunas, after hard cardio etc) also great for hangovers. Overall amazing product I bought a couple months ago and still have packages left in the bag to use. Will definitely buy again.
